Monday June 23 
Create your favorite sandwich (you can even include why it is your favorite and the special sauce recipe)

My favorite sandwich would either be a homemade BLT or the Ultimate Turkey from Dagwoods.  These are very different sandwiches that never disappoint! On a baquett you put turkey, cream cheese, lettuce, avacado, (tomato to taste) and the special sauce.  I tried to replicate this sandwich the summer I discovered it, but alas, it just wasn"t the same.  Anyone who has not tried it should get to Dagwoods on Indiiana Street in Bloomington and try one out.

Trojan Horse Gyros. Yum! 

The BLT is a delicious memory from the time I spent on Spring Break on the beach with I was growing up in Ft. Meyers, Florida.  Bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, three pieces of toasted bread, delicious!!  As I cruz through life I have one more sandwich that makes my life conplete, it is the gyros.  Why not Lamb, tiziki sauce, onion, tomatoes, pita, this is making me hungry!
